9. la casa del Sarto | Dressmaker’s house

In questa casa, Maria insieme alla sua amica Petronilla, nel 1861 comincia ad imparare il mestiere di sarta dal signor Valentino Campi. 

Maria, capendo che il lavoro della campagna non è più per lei, scopre pian piano il progetto di Dio che la porta a prendersi cura dell’educazione delle ragazze.

In this house Maria together with her friend Petronilla in 1861 began to learn the craft of sewing, taught by Mr. Valentino Campi.

Maria, realizing that the work in the fields is no longer for her, discovers little by little the plan of God that takes her to take care of girls’ education.
